Development of SG06 is urban sprawl from North of Leamington, Blackdown to Old Milverton towards Leek Wootton and Kenilworth.
Most major facilities ( main shops, employment parks, rail station and most secondary schools) are in South Leamington. Not 20 min neighbourhood and will encourage car travel.
