Highly detrimental to the individual and separate identities of Warwick town and rural West Warwick. Large adverse impact on biodiversity including ancient hedgerows, coppices, wildlife and plant life. Impact on transport system would be detrimental to the quality of life of local residents and those travelling through. Avoidable urban sprawl. It would be a grave mistake to join Warwick town and rural West Warwick areas - it is not just the loss of green belt, it is a much worse loss of the character of the region.
