Proposed development would seriously reduce the gap between Kenilworth and Leek Wooton risking the loss of the latter's identity.

Also, entryways to Kenilworth are already strained with traffic and choking one of them with a housing estate would further impair the situation and would also place the resident of the new housing into a sad state.

Schools and GP surgeries would also struggle to handle the increased load.
