This area is crazy. It is green belt countryside, with a vast array of wildlife. It is also a huge agricultural area, we should be supporting local farmers and locally grown produce.
Some areas are also prone to flooding.
There is no infrastructure for more housing...the Birmingham road already cannot cope with the traffic. Not enough doctors/dentists/hospitals/schools. Public transport rubbish...train line has very few useful trains, buses are irregular.
There are far better areas for new houses, with better infrastructure and opportunities. Totally bonkers to put it here!
