Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The green belt land requires protection, the development would breach the 'line of sight' from Kenilworth castle. It fails the 20-min neighbourhood test with no nearby GP, public transport, or secondary schools, which are already oversubscribed (the primary ones are struggling now). Local infrastructure (healthcare, drainage - already has problems on Rounds Hill) is inadequate. Development would harm biodiversity - we see birds of prey, woodpeckers, owls, herons and much more, destroy ancient trees & hedgerows, damage an Arden Special Landscape Area with historical significance, impair countryside access affecting community wellbeing, increase traffic, endanger cyclists and pedestrians.
