It is stated (in the Green Belt assessment) that Cubbington has coalesced into Leamington. This is the case for a part of New Cubbington, but is not the case for Cubbington village which shares no border with Leamington and has a distinct village character and community. It does not have the same MP. It does not share the same WCC or WDC division/ward with any part of Leamington. It does not come under Leamington Town Council. It has its own Parish Council. In other words, it is separate. Parts of this parcel will merge it into Leamington to its detriment.
