This proposed development will cause severe pressure on an already overwhelmed road system around Warwick. Hatton Railway station cannot currently, or ever will be able to cope with any more trains and the roads leading to it would not cope with the extra traffic. With a large new town on their doorstep, the character of the villages on the edge of the development would be destroyed. Large areas of agricultural land, woodland and nature habitats would be lost forever.
