I need to submit my objections to SITE B1 being considered for development as part of the local plan.
My main grounds for objecting are that the local road and rail services, particularly the Hockley and Birmingham Roads, Stank’s and Longbridge Islands are already stretched to breaking points. The opportunities to develop Hatton Station are not feasible. The carparking is difficult at best and Station road would not cope with an increase in vehicular capacity.
Secondly, I query why 8,000 plus houses can be built on this site without there being local employment opportunities nearby.
I could go on but time does not permit. I endorse the submission made by Warwickshire Wildlife Trust
