I formally object to the proposed development at Site B1, highlighting several concerns. Firstly, it is located within the Green Belt, which is essential for preventing urban sprawl. Secondly, the development threatens local biodiversity and risks habitat destruction. Additionally, existing infrastructure is already strained, and the new homes would exacerbate congestion and pressure on services. The site's lack of public transport connectivity would increase reliance on cars, worsening traffic and emissions. Lastly, the scale of the development could disrupt community character. I urge the committee to consider more suitable alternatives.
