I strongly oppose the proposed development at site SG07 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. My concerns include the strain on local infrastructure, leading to congestion and increased demand for services. The environmental impact is significant, threatening local wildlife and habitats. Site SG07 is vital for Green Belt protection, and its development would compromise this. Additionally, poor public transport access raises sustainability issues, increasing reliance on cars. Finally, the scale of new homes would disrupt community character. I urge the planning committee to reconsider this site and explore more suitable alternatives.
