I object to the planning permission for B1 Hatton because the recent housing development around Mayne Close has already strained local resources like schools and health centres. Further housing will significantly impact the area's character, overload infrastructure, and harm local trees and wildlife. The increased demand on water and sewage systems, along with insufficient GP services and limited shopping and schooling options, is concerning. Additionally, the country roads will face more traffic congestion, making cycling unsafe and diminishing the enjoyment of the countryside I have cherished for years.
