I wish to object to the proposed South Warwickshire Local Plan, particularly regarding The New Settlement C1 and specific reference IDs. My concerns include the current traffic hazards on Old Warwick Road, the strain on local healthcare services, and the inadequacy of local education facilities to accommodate significant population growth. Utilities like gas, water, and electricity are already under pressure and cannot support new developments. Additionally, the environmental impact on local wildlife and green spaces is alarming. While I support sustainable development, it should not compromise our existing amenities.
