I object to the proposals for housing on site B1 of the South Warwickshire local plan. The local infrastructure is insufficient, with inadequate road networks, limited railway services, and virtually no bus services. Healthcare and educational facilities cannot support an influx of residents, and the development would encroach on vital green belt land, harming local wildlife and the character of the countryside. As a local resident, I believe the area cannot cope with such expansion, and the true housing need is significantly lower than what's proposed. Please include my objections in the official response.
