I oppose the development of site 693 due to multiple concerns. There is inadequate educational infrastructure, as the site lacks primary and secondary schools, placing pressure on existing institutions. Environmental issues could arise from increased traffic and construction, despite the site not being in an Air Quality Management Area. Additionally, while the site is deemed well-connected, it lacks nearby employment and essential services, raising accessibility concerns. The development could disrupt the local community's character and safety, particularly for children. I urge the planning committee to reconsider this site in favour of alternatives with better infrastructure.
