I object to the proposed new settlement at site B1 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan due to its significant contribution to the Green Belt, which is essential for preventing urban sprawl. There are seven alternative sites outside the Green Belt, negating any exceptional circumstances. The development would strain existing infrastructure, causing congestion and longer wait times for schools and healthcare. Additionally, it threatens local wildlife habitats and biodiversity. The scale of development is disproportionate, risking the loss of community identity and negatively impacting residents' quality of life.
