I object to the proposed settlement at ‘Land south of Kingswood’ (C1) due to several reasons. The NPPF requires developable sites to be available, but the land has not been submitted by a willing landowner, making collaboration challenging. Additionally, the site is in the Green Belt, and there are no exceptional circumstances to justify its alteration. The area lacks adequate infrastructure, with limited road access and public transport options. Furthermore, the proposed development would harm the heritage of nearby Baddesley Clinton and exceed Lapworth school’s capacity. I urge the committee to reconsider this
