I live near the proposed development site south of Kingswood and enjoy the area's beauty. I question the need for development when there are brownfield sites available in Warwickshire. I am concerned about infrastructure; the roads are congested, and local services like doctors and schools are overwhelmed. The potential increase in sewage, water use, and waste also worries me. This area is unique, with small villages and community values that could be lost with the arrival of thousands more people. I urge a reconsideration of the proposed planning deal.
