The significant increase in commercial transport due to the increased volume of lorries servicing this proposed development would drastically increase pollution, affect air quality and cause further traffic chaos and gridlock into the already struggling Warwick Town Centre and back to
the A46, as well as causing increased out of hours disturbance
• There is a further flood risk, due to intense development
• The rail links are too far away to be an effective alternative transport
option.
