I oppose Potential Settlement C1 due to inadequate infrastructure in Lapworth/Rowington. The school and doctors' surgery are at full capacity, and the power network frequently experiences outages. The railway station is also overcrowded, with limited parking and no room for more services. Traffic is already gridlocked during rush hour, undermining the concept of a 20-minute neighbourhood. Continued development threatens access to countryside and green spaces, particularly near national trust properties. Additionally, roads and pavements are unsafe, especially for school children, which raises concerns about increased traffic from proposed developments.
