I formally object to the proposal for over 8,000 new homes in the Hatton (B1) area due to significant concerns. The development threatens local wildlife and biodiversity, potentially displacing species and harming habitats. It will also strain the already limited road network, increasing traffic congestion without the necessary infrastructure to support new residents. Furthermore, the increased population could negatively impact Warwick Hospital, leading to longer wait times and reduced care quality. I urge decision-makers to reconsider this proposal and suggest Leamington Spa as a more suitable location for such a project.
