I am responding to the consultation on the proposed building plan for Kenilworth Green Belt, specifically SG04. I propose a 15-year plan instead of a longer one, as many factors can change in that time. The area from Farm Road to Spinney caravans is entirely Green Belt and building here is unsustainable. This plan appears to prioritise developer profits over sustainable housing, increasing car use and straining infrastructure without addressing the need for schools and GP services. It also overlooks environmental considerations for active travel and would negatively impact Kenilworth's cultural heritage. I oppose building on the Green Belt for the above stated reasons.
