I am responding to the South Warwickshire Local Plan Preferred Options Consultation, specifically regarding the strategic growth area SG24. I have serious concerns about C1's viability under the 20-minute neighbourhood policy. Issues include inadequate transport infrastructure, narrow roads with limited lighting, traffic congestion, overburdened local services such as Lapworth Primary School and Lapworth Surgery, environmental impacts on heritage sites, existing power and flooding problems, and a lack of mains gas supply. Additionally, local employment opportunities are limited.
