I object to the proposals for approximately 8000 houses in Hatton and Hatton Green, particularly concerning sites near my property at [redacted]. The development would encroach on Green Belt land without justification, setting a dangerous precedent. The existing A4177 cannot handle increased traffic, and proposed site entrances are unsafe. Local infrastructure is inadequate for new homes, and the development would harm the area's character and residential amenities. Additionally, essential public services would be overstretched, and with declining birthrates and slow housing sales, I urge consideration of brownfield sites instead.
