I strongly advocate against any further development in the greenbelt, as there are sufficient existing options available. I find it crucial that the HS2 route is included in the plan, given its significance. Additionally, development should not extend over HS2, as this would threaten the greenbelt between Leamington and Coventry. I raise concerns about site 569, requesting its removal from the local plan due to flooding issues, infrastructure limitations, and its critical role in maintaining the greenbelt between Leamington and surrounding villages. Thus, I see no benefit in proceeding with this development.
