As a resident of Finham, I am concerned about the lack of communication regarding Section 106 funding from the Kings Hill developers. It is surprising that Stoneleigh Parish Council has received substantial funding despite being further away. While I acknowledge the development is going ahead, many issues remain unresolved. The proposed bus gate onto Green Lane poses logistical problems, and the traffic situation has worsened. I urge a redesign of the housing plan to better serve local needs, preserve green spaces, and ensure essential facilities like schools and a community centre are prioritised. A buffer zone is crucial for this development.
