I object to the proposed development of land east of Station Lane in Kingswood [Ref: 169 and 514], currently designated as Green Belt. I believe that any potential sustainability benefits do not justify removing this land from the Green Belt, particularly given the limited public transport options and the anticipated increase in car travel, which raises serious safety concerns. The development would also harm the village's rural character, impact local amenities and recreational spaces, and exacerbate flooding risks. Overall, Kingswood is not a suitable location for such large-scale housing development, and I recommend against it.
