I have the following comments on a specific site proposal and Housing Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) results:

168 - Land to rear of Oakdene Crescent, Hatton Station

The grounds for objection are as follows:

Road network cannot cope with extra traffic.

In conclusion, I believe these objections are important because:

Road network cannot cope with extra traffic. Also other infrastructure, medical, schooling, water etc
