I am deeply concerned about the poor infrastructure in Lapworth and Rowington and wish to object to the proposed housing settlement C1. As a resident of Rising Lane for five years, I have seen a significant increase in traffic, which has damaged the roads and agricultural access. There are already issues with drainage and sewerage, with past incidents affecting residents. The thought of adding 4,000 cars daily before addressing these pressing infrastructure problems seems unreasonable. A large settlement should be located closer to major roads to minimise disruption for local communities.
