I formally object to the inclusion of Land at Hatton (B1) in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. As a resident of Hatton, I have concerns regarding the impact on Green Belt land, insufficient environmental assessments regarding local biodiversity, and the strain on existing infrastructure with 6,000 new homes. Additionally, the site is prone to flooding, and the proposed development could worsen this risk without adequate mitigation. The scale of development would also disrupt the community's character, leading to significant social cohesion issues. I urge the planning committee to reconsider this site.
