I am very disappointed that the greenbelt area behind Rounds Hill, where I live, is under consideration in the Local Plan. The footpath nearby is popular with walkers from Kenilworth and beyond. Developing this land into a large housing estate would greatly affect protected trees, hedges, and wildlife, as well as have a significant visual impact. Additionally, the existing infrastructure is inadequate, with full schools and struggling GP surgeries, and the increased traffic would pose public safety risks on already busy roads. I strongly object to this development.
