Building work in Lapworth would harm local flora and fauna, and flooding is a concern due to the village's location in a dip. The narrow country lanes, lack of footpaths, and insufficient parking exacerbate transport issues, particularly during school times. Commuting is challenging, as there is no regular bus service and main roads are congested. The area attracts visitors to its historical houses attracted by its unspoilt beauty. Infill site No 22 has been previously denied planning permission due to its designation as a flood plain. I request that these infill sites be withdrawn.
