I object to the plans for areas B1 and SG07 due to their impact on Hampton Magna and Hatton Park, as well as on Warwick. The focus on housing and industrial development overlooks the need for adequate infrastructure to manage increased traffic. Birmingham Road is already congested, and the small lanes cannot handle any more vehicles. Additionally, local facilities, including doctors and Warwick Hospital, will be overwhelmed, with the hospital lacking sufficient parking. The local plan should prioritise addressing these infrastructure and facility issues before proceeding with development.
