I object to the plans for areas B1 and SG07 due to their impact on Hampton Magna and Hatton Park, as well as Warwick. The focus on housing and industrial development overlooks the urgent need for improved infrastructure to manage increased traffic. Birmingham Road is already congested, affecting smaller lanes that aren't designed for heavy use. Additionally, local facilities, including GP surgeries and Warwick Hospital, will be overwhelmed. The hospital's parking issues need to be addressed in the local plan, potentially through increased parking or park and ride solutions.
