I strongly object to the proposed C1 settlement and 18 infill applications at Lapworth and Rowington. This development would harm the rural countryside, disrupt wildlife, and increase light and noise pollution. It threatens valuable agricultural land and would worsen traffic congestion on narrow local roads. The local community's facilities are already overstretched, and infrastructure issues like frequent utility outages would be exacerbated. Additionally, the design would irreversibly alter the landscape and impact areas of historical interest. This development is wholly inappropriate for our rural village. I urge decision-makers to reject it.
