I am concerned about the proposed C1 housing development in Lapworth and Rowington. My main concerns include the negative impact on wildlife and the green belt, pressure on local services like the school and GP practice, and inadequate transport infrastructure. The local roads are narrow and the bus service is minimal, making it difficult to accommodate the increased population. While I understand the need for affordable housing, the development does not seem sensible, especially when there are brownfield sites available. This proposal could harm the environment and community spirit, as well as strain local infrastructure.
