I am writing to express my opposition to the proposed development on Green Belt land, south of Kingswood towards Rowington Green. Developing this area would lead to the loss of productive farmland, damage to conservation areas and ancient woodlands, and threaten wildlife habitats. Lapworth, a small Warwickshire village, is already struggling with traffic issues and lacks sufficient public transport and local services, including a full primary school and an overburdened surgery. Having lived here for over 25 years, I believe the village has reached its capacity and urge the Council to consider non-Green Belt alternatives.
