Summary: As a concerned homeowner in Wellesbourne, I strongly object to the proposed South Warwickshire Local Plan. While I understand the need for development, the plan threatens the character of our village, increases flood risks, and lacks adequate transport connections. The reliance on cars would worsen traffic and pollution, while valuable farmland would be lost, harming local agriculture. With the anticipated population growth, existing schools and healthcare services, which are already strained, would struggle to cope. I urge the council to reconsider the plan to balance development with environmental preservation and community needs.
