I wish to express my concern regarding the proposed housing development on site BW 673 (Bearley Farm). I urge the SWLP committee to reassess both the site proposal and the Housing Land Availability Assessment results. The site conflicts with key principles of the Bearley Neighbourhood Plan, which aims to preserve the village’s rural character and heritage. Site 673 is outside the built-up area, encroaches on the conservation area, and lacks viable access routes. Additionally, it is greenfield land that could harm local ecosystems.
