I formally object to the inclusion of the Strategic Growth Area for Land south of Kingswood in the South Warwickshire Local Plan, specifically sites 30 and 169. My objections include concerns about the impact on the Green Belt, the potential loss of habitats and biodiversity, strain on local infrastructure, increased traffic and safety issues, flooding risks, and proximity to heritage sites like Packwood House and Baddesley Clinton. These factors highlight significant risks to the environment, community, and local heritage that should be thoroughly considered.
