As a resident of Lapworth for 24 years, I am responding to the Public Consultation on the SWLP regarding the proposed development near Lapworth, marked as C1. I find C1 unsuitable due to inadequate infrastructure, including over-subscribed schools, a struggling doctors' surgery, a lack of dental practices, and no pharmacy nearby. Public transport options are limited, and the road network is constrained, leading to potential traffic issues. Additionally, poor mobile reception and utility problems further hinder development. I believe new sites should focus on areas with better infrastructure, like Warwick Parkway, Kenilworth, and South Leamington
