I object to the area C1 proposals in the South Warwickshire Local Plan for several reasons. The local road infrastructure is inadequate to handle the increased traffic, and the rail station is too small and at full capacity. The proposal threatens precious greenbelt land and agricultural space, and development should occur closer to existing towns with better infrastructure. It would require significant expenditure on appropriate power and utility supply arrangements. and exacerbate flooding issues. Additionally, the development would pose serious conservation concerns and would not meet the infrastructure needs for schools and healthcare services.
