Additionally, essential services like schools and healthcare facilities are already at capacity, with no plans for expansion. Environmentally, this development threatens vital green spaces and productive farmland, reducing local food security and biodiversity. Previous housing projects have caused significant disruption, which raises doubts about the feasibility of this proposal. A more sustainable approach is necessary.
