I strongly object to the development of green belt land in Weston and Cubbington due to significant infrastructure issues. Access is severely limited, with narrow routes from Rugby Road and Hunningham Lane leading to an unsuitable Grade 2 Listed bridge. Additionally, the southern end of the site is prone to flooding, impacting roads and farmland. Furthermore, the ongoing disruption from HS2 construction on Rugby Road has created a permanent barrier between North Leamington and the Green Belt, making this development even more inappropriate.
