I formally object to the inclusion of the Strategic Growth Area at C1 - Land south of Kingswood in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. As a long-standing resident of Lapworth, I am concerned that the proposed 4,960 homes would increase our population sixfold, straining local services like the overcrowded GP surgery and primary school. The limited transport options, including inadequate rail services and country lanes, would be overwhelmed. Additionally, the development threatens Green Belt land, wildlife habitats, and would cause significant road congestion and environmental disruption, including risks to ancient woodlands and listed buildings.
