I have concerns regarding the proposal for 156 dwellings on land adjoining Mill House in Lapworth. This development would significantly increase traffic on Mill Lane, which is already narrow and frequently used by walkers and cyclists. The existing GP surgery and local schools are at capacity, and the site is on Green Belt land. The development poses risks to wildlife corridors and would require extensive road improvements, causing disruption and pollution. I urge planners and councillors to reject this proposal due to these significant issues.
