I object to the proposal for over 8,000 new homes on green belt land, as it will worsen traffic congestion, particularly into Warwick, where roads are already strained. The local train service from Hatton Station is inadequate for such an influx, lacking parking and frequent trains. I advocate for using brownfield sites in Warwickshire's town centres instead, converting underused spaces to reduce car reliance and support local businesses. This approach would alleviate transportation pressure and foster sustainable, vibrant communities. I urge reconsideration of this proposal and focus on revitalising urban areas.
