Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
South Warwickshire's housing needs can be met without encroaching on green belt land, as the Local Plan identifies sufficient capacity in Strategic Growth Locations and New Settlements for 36,500 dwellings. I argue that SG06 is not a sustainable location due to its distance from transport hubs, which promotes car use instead. Additionally, SG06 contributes to all five purposes of Green Belt land and the Green Belt Review is flawed. Development would also threaten high-quality agricultural land, which is crucial for food security. Previous Inspector findings reinforce the need to maintain the Green Belt's integrity and local biodiversity.
