I object to the proposed development in Hockley Heath due to its potential negative impact on the area. The current infrastructure cannot handle increased demand, as the A34 is already at capacity, jeopardising safety and harming the environment. Inadequate drainage leads to flooding and sewage backup, while education and medical services are also insufficient for future needs. Local commercial outlets lack the capacity for increased demand, and transport links are inadequate. Additionally, the loss of green space would adversely affect biodiversity. Solihull Council has already rejected plans for significant housing increases in the area.
