I find the consultation document challenging and time-consuming, leaving me concerned about aspects I may have missed. I believe the local plan should focus on existing infrastructure needs rather than just housing development. Wellesbourne has seen extensive growth without adequate amenities or road improvements, leading to congestion and infrastructure strain. There are significant issues with the sewage system, flood risk, and agricultural land loss. I advocate for a pause on further development to address these concerns and prioritise enhancing local facilities, especially regarding the airfield's potential for aviation use.
