I am a concerned homeowner in Wellesbourne, strongly objecting to the proposed South Warwickshire Local Plan. I believe it will negatively impact our community and landscape, harming Wellesbourne's character. The plan replaces our green fields with urban sprawl, risking the tranquillity we cherish. Additionally, the potential for increased flooding due to inadequate infrastructure is alarming. The lack of rail connectivity will worsen congestion and pollution. Most importantly, losing our village identity, risking the community spirit and quality of life. I urge reconsideration of the plan to ensure sustainable growth.
